‘RHOC’ star Alexa Curtin is currently a fugitive after a warrant was issued for the reality star’s arrest connected to her drug cases.
According to court records, obtained by The Blast, Curtin’s bond was “forfeited” on December 18, 2019, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
The ‘RHOC’ was arrested in January and charged with two misdemeanors — possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance drug paraphernalia by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
As we reported, Alexas Curtin was arrested on January 5, by the Irvine Police Department for possession of Xanax and drug paraphernalia.
At this point, if law enforcement comes across Curtin she will be arrested.
This is not the first time Curtin has had warrants for her arrest connected to her drug cases. Earlier this year, she was transported from a jail cell to an Orange County courtroom to deal with a criminal case she had blown off.
The new warrant is the latest in a string of legal issues for the ‘RHOC’ alum. She has been arrested multiple times over the years for drug-related offenses, DUI and even keying her boyfriend’s car.
Also, it is not the first time she’s been a fugitive for failing to appear in her active criminal cases. In August, Curtin was arrested twice only 9 days apart.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, the reality star was arrested on August 2, spent several nights in jail, and was released on August 8 after posting $10,000 bail.
Then in October, a judge issued a warrant for her arrest after she skipped out on a court hearing related to the three of her criminal cases.
To make matters worse, Alexa has also been dealing with a divorce. The daughter of “RHOC” alum Lynne Curtin, filed for divorce from estranged husband Michael DeVecchio, after 6 years of marriage.
