Kelly is continuing to downplay the pandemic over the holiday weekend, and decided to celebrate the opening of one of OC's biggest malls.

On Monday, the 'Real Housewives Of Orange County' star shared a video on her Instagram stories of herself and family shopping at Fashion Island mall in the OC and celebrated the fact no one was wearing masks.

“Yay, we finally get to have a meal out,” Dodd said excitedly on IG, adding, “Yay, no one is wearing a mask. I love it. Yay!”

To make her point clearer, Dodd shared a quote on the same Instagram stories about the government protecting our health and safety during this pandemic.

“It’s not the government’s job to protect my health. It’s the government’s job to protect my RIGHTS. It’s my job to protect my health. When you trade liberty for safety you end up losing both," she wrote.

For the record, Orange County, California recorded 14 new Coronavirus related deaths last week -- bringing the grand total to 133 deaths in the area as of Monday. So, yes, people ARE dying in OC.
