Kelly Dodd is having a rough week and she’s not going to let anyone come after her man who’s sticking by her side in the midst of rumors she’s about to be fired from “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” The 44-year-old took to Instagram to clap back at trolls who attacked her right-wing political correspondent husband-to-be, Rick Leventhal, in her comments. Sharing a post of the duo partying it up amid firing rumors in Maimi, Kelly Dodd made it clear she won’t stand for trolls who come for her man.
As The Blast reported, the engaged duo headed to the Sunshine State to celebrate her daughter Jolie‘s 14th birthday. While her future with Bravo remains unclear, it didn’t stop Kelly Dodd from flashing her money around. The group ate at the lavish Gianni’s inside the Versace Mansion, sparing no expense for her teenager. Posing sweetly with Leventhal while sipping on cocktails, fans filled up the comment section asking about her “RHOC” status and slamming her relationship with the Fox News correspondent.

Kelly Dodd immediately responded to the firing rumors, denying she’s been let go from the Bravo show and informed viewers that they were going back to filming next month. While she was cordial in her responses, that all changed when she noticed the focus turned from “RHOC” questions to digs at her fiancé.
When someone asked, “Kelly how did you go from liberal to right winged? Oh ya. Your [sic] dating Fox News. Very creepy,” she fired back, “no. I’m libertarian… social liberal and a complete moderate.. I see all sides.”

When another follower wrote, “I like Rick but don’t know what it is, there is something weird about him. Almost like he lacks confidence or scared of Kelly?” she commented back, “no he’s the best.” She then teased that he too might be making some appearances on the upcoming “RHOC” season by adding, “You’ll see.”
Finally, when a third follower asked, “Why is there a picture of you and your boyfriend?” Kelly Dodd got fed up. “Why do you care?” she clapped back. “Get a life!”
Kelly Dodd’s relationship probably doesn’t help the fact that many Bravo fans are calling for the “RHOC” personality’s firing after the network let go of “Vanderpump Rules” stars Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute. As The Blast reported, the former SUR servers were given the ax after past racist comments made against former co-star Faith Stowers resurfaced. Immediately following their firing, fans called on Bravo to get rid of Kelly Dodd and Jax Taylor. Even NeNe Leakes got in on the action and threatened to expose more talent who deserves to be canned.
