'RHOC' Star Gina Kirschenheiter Hysterically Cried Over Arrest Warrant

"RHOC" Star Gina Kirschenheiter couldn't control her emotions when she found out an arrest warrant had been issued after she missed her scheduled DUI court date.

Fans finally got to see Gina's reaction when the emotional episode aired on Bravo Tuesday night, 6 months after the incident happened.

Fans watch as the "Real Housewife" informs her co-star Emily Simpson she doesn't have to show up to court because her lawyer filed a request to postpone her appearance.

So instead, they go to the nail salon.

Well, that's not what happen and cut to a nosy Shannon Beador who FaceTimes Tamra Judge to tell her there's been a warrant issued for Gina's arrest.

The episode then shows a sobbing Gina who's talking to her parents and dropping f-bombs left and right.

"Even me, without a law degree knows, when you have a court date you just show up to your f***ing court date," she says.

Gina then explains what happened, accusing her lawyer of not checking back to make sure the postponement request actually got approved.

Frienemy Shannon:

Shannon, Gina's Frienemy, then FaceTimes her and puts her in touch with a lawyer who seems more qualified to handle her case.

Shannon's lawyer ends up getting the arrest warrant recalled and (surprise!) Gina doesn't get arrested -- this time.

The Blast broke the story, Gina was listed as a "fugitive" after failing to appear in court for her February 28 hearing.

DUI Arrest:

The Bravo star was arrested in February with a blood alcohol level of .20 after celebrating during a moms' night out.

After her arrest, Kirschenheiter apologized and released a statement saying, "I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you all that this one incident does not define me."
