'RHOC' Star Alexis Bellino Scores Another New Home After Dropping $1.3 Million on O.C. Mansion

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexis Bellino has picked up her second home in the last few months, this time shelling out $1.3 million on a new pad months after her husband filed for divorce.
On July 12, the reality star and her estranged husband, Jim Bellino, bought a new 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,730 sq. ft. home in San Juan Capistrano, located in Orange County. The home was purchased with the Bellino's JAMM Family Trust and then transferred the home deed to Alexis days later.
The home features a double door entrance with a dramatic two-story foyer, breakfast nook with built-in desk and bar, spacious family room with built-in entertainment center, luxurious master suite, a deep soaking spa tub, three-car garage, pool, spa and BBQ with fireplace.

Back in May, Alexis and Jim dropped $4 million on another 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 4,572 sq. ft. oceanfront mansion.
Jim filed for divorce from Alexis on June 21. He is seeking joint legal and physical custody and requesting that she pay him spousal support. She has yet to respond to the divorce in court.
Alexis Bellino told The Blast the couple has already agreed to split custody 50/50 of their two kids.
