Teddi has been catching heat from people who signed up for her All In By Teddi. The reality star offers clients packages costing upwards of $600 a month. Every person who signs up is assigned to accountability coaches who require you send daily weight in photos and a list of every food you ate. The issue being many alleged former clients are now speaking out and claiming they were pressured to eat 500 calories a day or they were yelled at by Teddi or her staff.
One former client wrote a testimony posted on @emilygellis Instagram account. They recounted their experience writing, “I did All In just before and during Teddi’s first season. It was much smaller at this point and I communicated with her on a regular basis. No NDA, paid through Venmo. Everything over text. At this point the company was called “LA WORKOUT JUNKIE” (I think) but she changed it as the show began to air.”
They continued, “The meal plan seems to be the same and very restrictive + one hour of cardio. I of course lost weight, but the whole experience made my already complicated relationship with food even more toxic. I kept at it on and off for about 6 months, each round the fee increased”
Further, “I guess the program was getting more popular. On one hand I’m grateful to know how to drop a quick 10 pounds, but on the other it’s unhealthy and hurt my body more long term than it helped short term. I gained the weight back and have since lost through an actual healthy lifestyle.”
Another former All In By Teddi client wrote, “I did Teddi’s program for 3 months and really was starving. After I quit my mom told me I had such an attitude for 3 months. Probably because I was starving. They sent me over the edge when I was had my sister’s baby shower and a house full of 40 people, they expected me to get my cardi in. it was 11pm and they told me I couldn’t go to bed unless I did or I was out. I screen shotted a pic of a YouTube channel sent it to them and went to bed. I quit that week. The diet was sick.”
She added, “Of course people lose weight, if you do an hour of cardio, it’s like 700 cals and you are only eating 500, your negative for the day on top of what your body naturally burns. They are all sick. I’m so glad you are exposing them! Go girl.”
A third person claims, “I did this program and It was a nightmare. You have to send photos pf your weight and each meal and proof of your 60 minute cardio workout everyday. You cannot drink alcohol or you are immediately dropped from the program with no refund. I calculated the calories to be 400-500 per day. It was insane. I did it for a few days and could feel myself slipping into obsessive/disordered eating so I had to stop and was out $700. I would text my accountability coaches that I was starving and they would just tell me to drink more water.”
Teddi defended her business amid the heat she’s receiving. She said, “For one. I love All In. I am so incredibly proud of the over 15,000 lives we’ve changed.”
