“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK’s former mega-mansion is still for sale after over two years on the market.

According to real estate records, Dorit and PK’s 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom, 8,679 sq. ft. home is for sale at the price of $7,499,000.

The reality stars originally purchased the home for $6,565,000 in 2016. Less than a year later they attempted to sell the home for $12,750,000.

A couple of months later they slashed the price down to $10,950,000. The property failed to attract any buyers which lead to Dorit cutting the price down to $8,795,00 in June 2018. The “RHOBH” star took the pad off the market for a brief period only to re-list it in September 2018 for $8,475,000.

The price was decreased to $7,995,000 and then down to the lowest price of $7,499,000. Real estate records show the mansion might even be off the market at the moment. Interesting to note, the home was listed by Kyle Richards’ husband Mauricio’s’ real estate company.

The home, named Villa Dawn, features, a large living room for family gatherings, a “sexy” private office, a private home theater, concession station and lounge, private elevator, master suite with private fireplace, walk in closet and master spa.

The real estate listing reads, “Perched high up on a private gated driveway Villa Dawn is on a world of its own, spectacular city light views extending to the ocean waters.”

Back in August, Dorit and PK moved out of the home after buying a $6.5 million townhome in Encino. Their new pad includes a three-car garage, pool/spa combo and an open-concept floorplan.

As The Blast previously reported, Dorit and PK faced a series of financial issues throughout 2019. They recently settled a nasty dispute with one of PK’s creditors who accused him of refusing to pay up.
