The husband of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley has come out victorious in one of his many legal battles, with a judge siding with him in a battle over an alleged $75,000 sports betting debt.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a judge ordered all claims against Paul "PK" Kemsley in the case filed by a U.K. company, AR Legal Collections Limited, to be dismissed.

The judge granted Kemsley’s motion and ordered the case to be closed officially.

As The Blast first reported, PK had been battling it out with AR Legal Collections Limited since they filed suit last year.

The suit explained PK had an open book account with a company named Star Sports in 2015, a UK sports bookie. As of October 2016, Kemsley owed a total of $260,737 and the company hired AR Legal Collections to collect on their money.

They claimed to have worked out a settlement with Kemsley where he would pay $150k to settle the debt. The suit said he paid the first $75k payment but failed to make the last payment, leaving a $75,000 balance owed.

Kemsley argued in court docs the collections company filed the case way past the statute of limitations. He even accused them of attempting to collect on the debt "first by making threats to Kemsley and his brother (who is entirely uninvolved with the debt) and then filing the lawsuit."

PK claimed all the alleged bets took place between 2010 and 2011, and they waited too long to sue him.

He claimed they failed to provide any evidence to back up their claims and demanded the entire case be tossed.
