Charlie Sheen is not taking allegations he owes a fortune in child support to Denise Richards lightly, claiming his ex-wife is lying and he's planning on emerging victorious when he battles her in court.
The "Two and A Half Men" star tells The Blast,
"D and her legal posse traffic only in fiction
my day in court is painfully overdue.
She is behaving like a coward and the truth will prevail."

We're told Charlie will come to court with specific documents and information that will prove the allegations against him are false.
As we reported, Denise has filed legal documents claiming Charlie is hiding money through his family members, and claims he owes $450,000 in back child support for their two daughters, Lola and Sam.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Denise is accused Charlie of spending the money that was earmarked for the kids.
"[Charlie] has squandered over $24,000,000 from the sale in his interest in 'Two and a Half Men' to pay his personal debts and to support his extravagant lifestyle at the expense of support payments for his children," the documents read.
The documents also state, "During the time frame since our last stipulation/order in 2016 he has failed to pay $450,000 in support while diverting over $600,000 in assets to adult family members and converting thousands of dollars into cash for his own personal use."

In her legal filing, Denise claims she is basically broke, and that her monthly bills add up to double what she makes as an actress.
Denise says she has huge expenses; including $17,000 per month for a house rental and $13,000 in child care.
In all, the actress claims she has bills that add up to over $56,000 dollars.
