"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes is catching heat after threatening to expose more Bravo stars who she implied are racist after the network took action against "Vanderpump Rules" stars Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute. Many fans are bringing up past racial slurs that the 52-year-old has called her castmates in the past, reminding the star that her hands aren't clean either. NeNe Leakes' Instagram followers came for her after she shared a post stating that racism is taught.

Taking to her social media on Monday, June 15, the "RHOA" star posted a sweet meme of two babies of different races embracing that stated, "No one is born a racist, it's taught. Quit teaching it." The Bravo personality added her own message for the caption by writing, "Stop it! What a horrible selfish heartless way to live." She also included the hashtags "Black Lives Matter" and "My Life Matters."

While several followers applauded NeNe Leakes for speaking out, including Tamar Braxton, many called the Bravo personality out for her past controversial comments. "Hmmm do you remember 'half breed' and 'zebra?'" one fan asked which lit up her comment section.

"RHOA" viewers will recall that years ago, NeNe Leakes called her co-star Claudia Jordan, who's bi-racial, a "half breed.", something that Claudia later said was "a low blow and kind of desperate." Followers weren't happy when NeNe Leakes spoke out about racism and fired off in her comments.

When someone argued that her "half breed" comment was "shade not racism," it sparked quite the debate. "It's anti-blackness, not shade. Those words originally came from white people being racist towards biracial people for being mixed with black," one person hit back. "Calling someone a half breed is much more than shade... it's a racial slur for mixed race people... you really wanna die on this hill?" another follower clapped back. Others insisted that NeNe Leakes should have been fired over the comment.

"I remember 'half breed' like it was yesterday. I always felt strongly that she should've been fired for that ESPECIALLY with no apology," someone wrote, adding, "But I guess she's 'Nene Leakes' and always gets special treatment from bravo as she can say and do whatever she wants."

As The Blast reported, NeNe Leakes threatened to expose more Bravo personalities for their racist comments last week after the network axed Stassi and Kristen for racially profiling their former co-star Faith Stowers.
