'RHOA' Star Eva Marcille Remains Unbothered Following Ex Kevin McCall's Assault Arrest

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille appears unfazed by her ex Kevin McCall’s arrest that went down during their custody showdown.

The reality star posted a photo of herself returning to work on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show. Marcille wrote, “She’s back😜 4 weeks postpartum and life is good!!! Can’t wait to get back to the @rickeysmileyofficial @rickeysmileymorningshow Friday!!! Thank you @Pop_pr_@helenanthonyofficial @ashleyseanthomas @iambarbielee for this moment 🌻”

Marcille took some time off while she welcomed new son, Maverick. Her “RHOA” co-stars were quick to comment with Kandi Burruss writing “Wow! 🔥” and Cynthia Bailey saying, “Looking like Mikey❤️.” Singer Janelle Monae told Marcille, “Pretty mama.”

She also shared a quote, “Fight to keep your peace. It’s far too precious and costs us too much to be giving it away.”

Marcille is staying focused on the positive and making her money following her ex’s arrest.

Earlier this week, Marcille and McCall appeared in Georgia court to fight for custody of their daughter, Marley Rae

McCall recently sued the reality star seeking more custody of their kid. Marcille has objected accusing McCall of being violent and dangerous to be around. She accuses him of never paying a dime in child support.

A hearing was scheduled to go down, but McCall decided to get into an altercation with police officers in court.

He took to Instagram live as he walked around the court building. A police officer told him there was no recording inside. McCall decided to freak out on the police officer and threatened him with violence.

At one point, McCall even tells the officer to take off his badge and fight him. He would eventually be arrested after allegedly assaulting one of the officers.

McCall is being held on $9,500 bond and has yet to be released from custody.

Following the arrest, McCall was officially charged with felony ‘Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree’. He was also hit with four misdemeanor charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and obstruction of law enforcement officer.

If convicted, McCall is facing up to 5 years in prison on the felony charge.

The arrest is the latest in a string of legal issues for McCall. As The Blast first reported, McCall was charged for domestic violence in a separate case. McCall is charged with one count of ‘Inflict Corporal Injury to Spouse or Cohabitant’. He is facing up to one year in jail.

The alleged incident took place on January 14, 2019, the name of the victim has not been released.

The legal woes come as McCall continues to exhibit bizarre behavior on social media. His friends recently became worried for him after he posted a cryptic message to singer Chris Brown.

He wrote to Brown, “@chrisbrownofficial deuces baby bro I always loved you... if you remember i ever said, just remember : Make the best Decisions.”

In the past, Marcille has spoken out about the alleged abuse by McCall during their relationship. She has had to take out restraining orders and accused him of abusing her during her pregnancy, The reality star went on to marry her current-husband Michael Sterling.
