According to court records obtained by The Blast, Adamma McKinnon, McCall’s Georgia attorney, is asking the judge to let him withdraw from the custody battle.
McKinnon didn’t go into specific details of the reason behind his decision to drop McCall. He was representing McCall in the lawsuit he filed against Marcille demanding custody of their daughter Marley Rae.
Marcille has been fighting the case accusing McCall of being dangerous and is not fit to be around their kid. She claims he hasn’t paid a dime in child support over the years. Marcille has accused Kevin of domestic violence including when she was pregnant.
