"Rehab Addict" star Nicole Curtis' second baby daddy will be dragging her first baby daddy to testify against the HGTV star in court, where the two are set to battle it out over custody.

On September 21, Shane Maguire filed docs revealing who he plans to call to testify in the upcoming court trial with Curtis in his attempt to strip her of custody of their three-year-old son, Harper.

Maguire says he will be calling on Steven Cimini, who is the father of Curtis' 20-year-old son, Ethan. He will also be calling on Curtis’ own family members to testify in the trial.

In her witness list, Curtis has laid out several medical professionals, including a doctor she plans to call to the stand.

Earlier this year, Maguire filed a request for custody in his ongoing custody case against Nicole Curtis. Maguire is now seeking sole custody of Harper and says Curtis has been "incapable of facilitating" the relationship between Maguire and their son.

He claimed the HGTV star is trying to “ruin their relationship entirely,” by making custodial handoffs a “game of cat and mouse.”

Because of her alleged actions, Maguire claims Curtis is “not a fit and proper person to share legal or physical custody of the minor.” He is demanding the court strip her of physical custody and award him the sole custody.

For her part, Curtis accuses Maguire of resorting to a "heavy-handed and headline-attracting maneuver of seeking a change of legal and physical custody."

Back in 2016, the court entered a final judgment in their case that covered custody, support, and other issues. Curtis was awarded primary physical custody and the ex-couple shared legal custody.

Maguire was also ordered to pay $1,200 a month in child support.

A hearing is set for next month.
