One of the stars of the “Power Rangers” franchise was found dead in New Zealanad at 38-years-old.
The body of Pua Magasiva was discovered Saturday after police were called to a residence in Wellington, New Zealand for a “sudden death,” according to the New Zealand Herald.
Magasiva played the Red Wind Ranger in “Power Rangers Ninja Storm,” an iteration of the popular franchise that aired in 2003.
As of now, police are saying there are “no suspicious circumstances” surrounding Magasiva’s death, but an official cause has not been released.
Magasiva was born in Samoa, and was also known for a longtime role on the New Zealand soap, “Shortland Street.”
He was married last year to Lizz Sadler, and leaves behind a 7-year-old daughter, Jasmine.
