Former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Lizzie Rovsek and her estranged husband may have their differences, but they appear to be on the same page with custody in their divorce.
On November 27, Christian Rovsek filed his response to Lizzie’s petition for divorce, and lists the reason for the split as "irreconcilable differences."
He is also seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two minor sons, Preston and Kingston. Lizzie's petition sought the same terms.
Christian says he plans to resolve all other issues with his estranged wife in mediation, including child and spousal support, but says if they can’t reach a deal they will bring the case back to the court.
As we reported, Lizzie filed for divorce from Christian in October, 2017, following 7 years of marriage. She had listed the date of separation as that past July.
The two were originally wed on September 12, 2009
The pair appeared to be reconciling earlier this year, with Lizzie posting photos from a romantic Paris vacation. However, months later court documents were filed revealing Lizzie had finally served her estranged husband and asked for the case to move forward.
Lizzie was a main Housewife on Season 9 of the Bravo reality show, and also appeared on Season 10 as a friend of the cast. She last appeared as a guest on Season 12.
