'Real Housewives' Joe Giudice Relocating to New Prison Far Away from Teresa

Teresa Giudice will have to hit the highway if she wants a face-to-face with her incarcerated husband, Joe, because he's about to be transferred out of New Jersey to a different prison.
According to documents filed by the U.S. Attorney and obtained by The Blast, Joe is set to be transferred to FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania.
The reason for the change is because Joe claims a dispute over his immigration status has barred him from an alcohol-abuse program that could shave a year off his 41-month sentence, and Allenwood has the capability of holding a hearing over the detainer.
Shortly after Joe arrived at FCI Fort Dix last year, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a detainer on him that will allow them to place him into custody when his prison term ends. He's facing deportation back to Italy due to his felony conviction on bankruptcy fraud charges.
It's unclear how quickly Joe will be transferred.
