Ray J & Princess Love Sued By Man Who Found Their Dog Over Unpaid $20,000 Reward

By Ryan Naumann

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" stars Ray J & Princess Love are accused of refusing to pay a $20,000 reward to the man who found their missing dog.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a man named Eddie Macione is suing Ray J and Princess for breach of contract.

In the lawsuit, Macione says he is bringing this action in connection with the couple’s “refusal to honor an offered reward for the return of their lost dog, Boogotti, in April 2019.

The man says he found Ray J’s dog “wandering unattended in Woodland Hills, California at or about the intersection of Burbank Boulevard and Woodlake Avenue. Boogotti is a small dog appearing to Plaintiff to weigh no more than 5 to 7 pounds.”

He says he was concerned for Boogotti’s wellbeing and safety and pulled over to help the dog. He says the dog had no identification tags when he found him. Macione says he took the dog with him because he feared it would be hit by a car or attacked by an animal.

Days later, he saw on television Ray J offering $20,000 for the return of his lost dog. Macione called the number on the posting and return Boogotti to Ray J on April 26, 2019. He claims Ray J has refused to pay the reward and accuses them of using their celebrity status “to frighten Plaintiff from taking any action to claim the reward.” Macione is suing for the $20,000 plus additional unspecified damages.

The lawsuit comes a month after Princess filed for divorce from Ray J. The two were married back in 2016. They share a daughter Melody and son Epik.

The relationship started showing signs of trouble back in November. The two got into a nasty publicc fight while in Las Vegas. Princess accused him of abandoning her while pregnant and without a way to get home. The two seemed to try and reconcile before Epik’s birth bit clearly that didn’tt work out.
