Ray J's estranged wife, Princess Love, has filed for full custody of the couple's two children and is asking the court to force him to pay child support.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Princess Love is asking for full legal and physical custody of the couples two kids Melody, 2 and Epik, 4 months.

Princess is asking the court to allow Ray J visitation of the children, and most likely establish some sort of custody arrangement.

In the filing, Love is also asking a judge to force the singer to pay child support and wants it ordered she does not have to support him in any way.

Interestingly, Love is also asking for legal custody which normally includes medical and education decisions for the children. It is usually a sign in Hollywood that the break-up is not a good one, and she doesn't want him to have any say over important decisions in the children's lives.

We broke the story, Princess Love filed for divorce from Ray J on May 5, after the couple has had a very rocky relationship. In the divorce filing, Love cites "Irreconcilable Differences" as the reason for the split.

It should be noted, Princess also says in the legal documents that the amount of money to be split between the couple is 'to be determined' which also signals the ex's having to split some marital assets.

It's unclear if Ray J will fight the custody situation, as he has not responded to the divorce filing. But, we are guessing things could get nasty.

Interestingly, the 'Love and Hip Hop' star says the ex-couple has been spending more time together since the divorce filing.

“While we’re figuring everything out, we’ve just got to be the best parents in the world and just make sure we’re there for the kids” the singer, told US Weekly this week.

He continued, “She’s been a great mom and I can’t even match that because of the hard work she puts in every day, but I’m definitely there a whole lot more now and taking it one day at a time. We’ve got to focus and make sure that we’re great parents, We talk all the time. I see the kids every day. Patience, time, love, it heals all.”

So, it's possible the situation is better than it seems -- or maybe Ray J just hasn't seen that Princess Love is asking for full custody yet!
