Rapper Future Accuses Alleged Baby Mama Of Fraud, Demands Paternity Case Be Tossed

Rapper Future is moving to dismiss the paternity lawsuit filed by an alleged baby mama
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Future is responding to the case brought by a Florida woman named Eliza Seraphin.
He filed a motion to dismiss which accuses Seraphin of “fraud upon the court.” He denies being the father to her child.
The case is ongoing.
Earlier this year, Seraphin sued Future for paternity, along with seeking child support and custody.
Seraphin is known as Eliza Reign the Haitian Goddess on social media and has over 300,000 followers.
Shortly after the case was filed, Future rushed to court asking the judge to gag Seraphin. He wanted her not allowed to speak publicly about him or the case.
Seraphin was also found "Indigent” by the court, meaning she had court fees waives due to her lack of income.
Future has also publicly denied being the father. He took to social media posting a video of himself, which addressed the claims he fathered a 7th child.
He captioned his video with text, “I have 5 wives BTW. Love them all to death.” The 5 wives’ part is referencing the 5 women he already has kids with. He has a total of 6 kids, including one with singer Ciara.
A hearing has been set for November 8, where the two will face off in court.
Future recently announced he was single after taking a luxury vacation with his baby mama, Joie Chavis. They share a son Hendrix together. Over the weekend, Chavis also came out and proclaimed she was single too.
The rapper posted a vacation photo with Chavis captioned, “Ima always have your back. real one.”
