As The Blast previously reported, Future is in the middle of a nasty court battle with a Florida woman named Eliza Reign.

Last year, Eliza sued Future for paternity, child support and custody. She accused him of being the father to her 1-year-old daughter Reign. Future dragged his feet for several months before finally submitting to the DNA test.

The DNA test results came back showing Future was the biological father to baby Reign. Amid the paternity lawsuit, Future sued Eliza accusing her of defaming his reputation in the media. He took issue with her making public statements and giving interviews about the situation.

Future made numerous attempts to try and have the court gag Eliza. He was unsuccessful in every one of his attempts. In his federal lawsuit, the judge dismissed the majority of his claims including the plea for an injunction.

The two continue to battle it out in court over child support. Eliza believes Future should pay around $53,000 a month in support. He believes the child would be fine with around $1,000 a month in support. Eliza rejected his proposed offer of $1,000 a month.

The judge has yet to make a decision on child support.
