Future’s alleged baby mama Cindy Parker has submitted DNA test results in her paternity battle against the rapper.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, Cindy filed the DNA report with the court on December 12.
Cindy originally filed her lawsuit against Future on October 7. She claims the rapper is the father to her son, Legend Wilburn. The suit is seeking for a child support and custody order.
The court records show Cindy has yet to serve Future with the legal documents. She has made several unsuccessful attempts with a process server. A recent hearing was cancelled after she failed to serve him.
Future has not responded to the allegations in the lawsuit. Despite not serving Future, Cindy appears to be trying to move her case forward.
The DNA test report being filed comes days after Cindy posted an alleged DNA test result on Instagram. She recently befriended another woman suing Future for paternity, Eliza Reign. The two women claim to have done a DNA test on their kids. The results appear to show their children have a 99.9% chance probability of being half-siblings.
Cindy has been trashing Future in the weeks since he made his relationship with Lori Harvey official. She recently accused him of trying to pay her “hush money” to keep quiet about her son.
She posted, “Do it. Because your kids deserve a mother they can brag about.” The post was captioned, “I know one day Legend will be proud I fought for him & didn’t accept “hush money” to keep him hidden.
Cindy has been vocal writing, “I know one day Legend will be proud I fought for him & didn’t accept “hush money” to keep him hidden.
Future’s relationship with Lori only recently became official after months of dating speculation. The two have been flying around to the Middle East and recently Miami for Art Basel.
Lori has remained unbothered and is focused on her business moves.
