Future’s alleged baby mama Eliza Reign is back in court accusing the rapper of blowing off a court-ordered DNA test.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Eliza accuses Future of filing the civil lawsuit against her in an attempt to get her to settle her paternity case.
She calls the lawsuit “frivolous” and “was filed in order to exert pressure upon the Defendant to coerce her to dismiss or accept an unfavorable settlement in her paternity” case.
Eliza says despite the court order Future continues to refuse to perform DNA testing and “also refusing to provide any substantive financial disclosure in violation of numerous court orders, and in fact, has never paid a penny of support towards his 11-month-old daughter.” She is asking the court to sanction him for blowing off the DNA test.
She is asking the court to dismiss his entire lawsuit against her.
As The Blast first reported, Eliza is suing Future for paternity, child support and custody. She accuses him of being the father of her 1-year-old daughter Reign. The rapper hasn’t admitted to being the father but admits to having a sexual relationship with Eliza from 2016 until 2018.
Following the paternity lawsuit being filed Future, the rapper filed the separate federal case against Eliza accusing her of defamation. He is pleading for the court to grant him an injunction which would prohibit Eliza from speaking about him publicly. He says she took information learned during their intimate times and leaked it to the media.
Future’s current girlfriend, Lori Harvey, continues to remain by her man’s side amid the baby mama drama. The two have been holed up in their new Beverly Hills mansion together. The 23-year-old model has been making the most of her new digs.
The rapper had a separate paternity case filed by a Texas woman named Cindy Parker dismissed. All signs point to a settlement being reached between the two outside of court.
Future’s two cases with Eliza are still pending.
