Ralphie May's will laid out his plan for who would get custody of his two children in the event his wife died before him or he and his wife died simultaneously.

Then he changed his mind.

Then he changed it again.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, May filed his will on February 16, 2012. The will called for his wife, Lahna Turner, to get all his personal effects and property and for Turner to be the executor of his estate.

In the will, May says that in the event she dies first (or they die together) the couple's two children, April and August, would go to his sister and her husband: Melanie and Jim Adamski.

On June 27, 2014, May changed his mind and filed documents saying that he wanted the kids to instead go to Wendy and Brian Dorfman, who owns a comedy club in Nashville.

Then on July 17, 2015, May changed his mind one more time, and this time chose Stacey Deborah Frankel to serve as guardian (again, in case the worst happened).

Of course, all of this is moot because Turner is still alive, though the two were in the process of divorce.

May did make it clear several times throughout the various filings that he wanted his children to have "extensive visitation" with Turner's mother and father, the children's grandparents.
