R. Kelly’s Ex-Girlfriend Azriel Clary Writes Emotional Note To Her Father After Reuniting With Him

R. Kelly’s ex-girlfriend Azriel Clary wrote a heartfelt message to her father thanking him for sticking by her side and never giving up on her.
23-year-old Azriel shared a ton of personal photos with her father Angelo Clary. She wrote an emotional caption describing what happened when she went home after being estranged from her family. Azriel met R. Kelly when she was 17 years old and stayed with him for four years. During the time apart, Azriel’s parents never stopped fighting for their daughter. Azriel’s father was vocal about Kelly and demanded Azriel be allowed to come home. Back in December, Azriel finally left Kelly for good and reunited with her family.
In the social media post, Azriel wrote, “I remember coming home and not wanting to hug you. & I was so heartbroken to allow a man to have that much control over me. As painful as it was to not have you in my life, it was a lesson that even you could not have taught me. Alhamdulillah. Everything always comes full circle in this world.”
She ended with, “I love you. Thank you for always loving me when my love for you was diminished.” Azriel has been living her best life after packing up and never looking back.
As The Blast previously reported, Kelly remains locked up in MCC Chicago awaiting two separate federal trials. His repeated attempts to be released on bond have been unsuccessful. The disgraced singer has been quite lonely while behind bars. His only visitors for the past several months have been his lawyers and girlfriend, Joycelyn Savage.
His ex-wife Andrea and their children have not been to the prison to visit him. They have spoken about having an extremely strained relationship with Kelly and appear to have no intention of reconciling with him.
