This news comes just days after he took legal action against The Mail on Sunday, another British tabloid, over their “ruthless” treatment of his wife, Meghan Markle.

Harry stated in an emotional message that his bride has been "bullied" by the press ever since she fell pregnant with their child.

“Unfortunately, my wife has become one of the latest victims of a British tabloid press that wages campaigns against individuals with no thought to the consequences — a ruthless campaign that has escalated over the past year, throughout her pregnancy and while raising our newborn son,” Harry said.

The royal also stated Meghan has “continued to put on a brave face" and he "cannot begin to describe how painful it has been" to watch his wife go through something like this.

Prince Harry declared himself "a silent witness," who has watched her "private suffering for too long."

He stated, "To stand back and do nothing would be contrary to everything we believe in.”

The royal couple's legal action came after the paper published a private letter written by Meghan to her father in which she discusses him selling stories to the media.

You'll recall Thomas Markle was all over headlines prior to their royal wedding.

Prince Harry also seemingly referred to his mother Princess Diana's death in the lawsuit.

"There comes a point when the only thing to do is to stand up to this behaviour, because it destroys people and destroys lives. Put simply, it is bullying, which scares and silences people. We all know this isn’t acceptable, at any level. We won’t and can’t believe in a world where there is no accountability for this. Though this action may not be the safe one, it is the right one."
