Grammy award-winning artist Pink has been wowing audiences with her powerhouse vocals and undeniable style for over two decades. And she's still very much involved in music and her career. Aside from her many musical accomplishments, she's also been married to former motocross competitor Carey Hart for the past fourteen years and they both share two children, Willow and Jameson. With all of this success and constant touring Pink has announced that it's time to take a step back so she can spend more time with her family. And it couldn't have come at a better time.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight (via CNN) at the Country Music Association Awards Pink revealed she was ready for a little break from constantly touring and having to be on the go twenty four hours a day. As a working wife and mother things can get somewhat hard to handle all the time, especially in regards to her husband Hart who's been helpful and supportive along the way. Still, she revealed that a much needed re-focusing of her work/life balance has to happen in order for her to continue to rock on.

Pink was there to perform her song "Love Me Anyway" with country star Chris Stapleton, and she talked about how hectic things have been. "We did two and a half years of [music] and Willow's back in school now, Jameson's going to start pre-school soon," Pink said. "It's kind of the year of the family."

Admitting she needed to take a break must have been tough, however Pink also went on to shout out Hart, who has always been a constant source of support for her whenever she's needed him.

"Carey has a lot going on as well," she said of Hart, who went from being a professional motocross competitor to racing off-road trucks. "He's super supportive, he follows me around the world and now it's his turn."

It's no surprise why she would need to take a break right now. Her last tour, the highly successful Pink's Beautiful Trauma Tour, holds the honorable distinction of being the tenth highest-grossing tour of all time reaching almost four hundred million dollars. After that kind of success, anyone would need a break. Hopefully, she'll take the time off to recharge and rest so whenever she does come back she can kill the game once again just as she's been doing for the majority of her career.
