Penelope Ann Miller is going for full custody of her children in her divorce and she made one request in her divorce documents that make it seem like things are going to get nasty.
As The Blast first reported, the "Kindergarten Cop" star filed divorce docs last week to end her marriage of 17 years to James Huggins. The couple has two children together: 16-year-old Eloisa and 8-year-old Maria.
According to the divorce docs, Miller is seeking sole legal and physical custody of the kids. Under visitation, Miller requested that Higgins' time with the kids be "supervised at present."
Miller is also asking she be awarded spousal support and wants the court to prevent her ex from seeking spousal support of his own.
Miller had previously filed for separation back in 2012, but eventually withdrew the complaint.
