“Pawn Stars” Chumlee went straight to the source to ask about the rumor he was fired from the popular History Channel show.
The reality star shared a video of him confronting the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop owner, Rick Harrison on his Instagram story.
“Rick there’s a rumor that I got fired,” Chumlee said to Harrison.
“You didn’t get fired,” Rick replied.
“Do you wish you could fire me?” Chumlee asked his boss.
“Sometimes,” Harrison said, “but I love ya.”
Fans were speculating that Chum and the ‘Pawn Stars’ show were parting ways when they noticed that he deleted some older posts and changed his bio on social media.
“Why did you delete your older posts? And the ‘PAWN STARS’ description as well?” One fan questioned the star.
Chumlee responded by saying, “because I wanted to.”
Recently, the newly married reality star shared his concerns about spending so much time apart from his wife, Olivia.
He shared a picture of the couple posing in paradise and opened up in the caption of the post.
“Missing my wife, it’s hard living apart,” Chumlee wrote, “she is off preparing for our future going to school at USCB while I am in Las Vegas working and it’s the little things I miss like waking up next to her or have dinner together.”
Chum ended his message by stating that knowing that they have the rest of their life together gives him peace.
Since Rick and Chumlee have put the firing rumor to bed, there is no need to worry, but he can always rely on income from his successful candy shop and his wife’s career after college.
He could always become a model.
