Oprah Winfrey took a nasty nosedive, ironically while talking about balance. The incident went down (pun intended) at The Forum in Inglewood, CA where the longtime talk show host stopped during her "2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus" speaking tour on Saturday. Standing on the stage wearing a white power suit, Oprah Winfrey began talking about her definition of wellness, which hilariously included balance, something she's clearly missing today. In a video, captured by Los Angeles Times en Español, audience members watched in horror as the TV star fell in front of their eyes.

It's All About Balance:

"Here's my definition of what wellness means to me. This is my definition, not yours. [It's] just an idea because you are going to be defining it for yourself," she told the crowd. "Wellness to me means all things in balance. And balance doesn't mean all things are equal or at peace at all times," she continued and that's the moment she went down. Oprah can be seen wobbling all of a sudden then taking a few steps in a desperate attempt to reclaim her balance.

Down She Goes!

Fans at the event can be heard screeching as Oprah Winfrey fell while sticking her hands out trying to brace herself. When she went down, she fell HARD but she's okay in the end. Sitting on the floor, obviously, a tad embarrassed, Oprah dusted off the tumble and addressed the crowd by stating, "Wrong shoes!" They began laughing and it was all quickly forgotten. Fans are going nuts over the footage and leaving several comments about Oprah Winfrey's fall that's instantly gone viral.

Some Think It's Fake:

"I could watch this all day 🤣🤣," one person wrote on the video. "The irony of loosing [sic] your balance while talking about having 'balance,'" added another. "I hope she is okay. I hate heels sometimes just because of this," replied a third. Some are questioning if Oprah Winfrey's fall is even real, writing it's too much of a coincidence. "Fake fall. So she just happend to trip out of no where when she says that.. LOL. LAME!" posted someone. "Interesting timing. That's all I'll say," wrote another. At the time of this post, Oprah Winfrey hasn't addressed the fall on social media but based on this footage, she seems okay.
