Olivia Jade Giannulli is taking the time to fix the applications she really cares about and has re-submitted documents for her beauty line.
According to U.S. Patent & Trademark officials, the daughter of Lori Loughlin filed the correct information to successfully amend her application for both “Olivia Jade” and “Olivia Jade Beauty.”
On April 1 the application requirements had been satisfied, and all Olivia Jade’s paperwork was allowed to continue to the next step of becoming official trademarks.
As we first reported, the 19-year-old YouTube star was in danger of losing out on her trademarks over punctuations errors, and it could have potentially cost her tons of money and issues with her upcoming line of cosmetics products.
The star has been candid in past interviews, revealing that her parents really forced her into college and she would rather be focusing on her YouTube career.
Olivia Jade has remained silent since her “Full House” star mother, and father Mossimo Giannulli were arrested for their part in the college admissions scandal.
“Despearate Housewives” star Felicity Huffman has announced her intention to plead guilty and accept full responsibility for her actions, along with multiple other defendants who cut deals with prosecutors in order to avoid lengthy trials.
However, Loughlin and her husband are two defendants who have not yet announced a deal with prosecutors, which leads to all sorts of speculation about what may happen to the two stars if they decide to stand trial.
