Odell Beckham Jr. Shares Heartfelt Message About Kobe Bryant, Prays For His Wife Vanessa Bryant

Odell Beckham Jr. is honoring Kobe Bryant in a touching Instagram post and sending prayers to the late NBA star’s wife Vanessa Bryant.

Beckham Jr posted a famed throwback photo of Bryant holding an NBA championship trophy in the locker room.

The NFL star captioned the post, “ You taught us ALL so many valuable lessons Kobe. Your sacrifice and dedication to this game is somethin that ever athlete can admire. You showed us that there is no substitute for hard work. You’ve been thru it, yet u always found a way to overcame it all.”

He continued, “This one hurt beyond words. I still can’t believe it. Somethin I live by and constantly remind myself of is that “Tomorrow isn’t promised.” We’re gonna miss u brother. My prayers go out to the Bryant family and others. 2020 is for u champ, that’s my word!!! Rest easy King. Rest easy GiGi. LUV.”

Celebrities have been mourning the death of Kobe, his daughter GiGi and the seven others on board the helicopter during the fatal crash. The investigation into the cause of the crash has been with many believing the pilot was driving in foggy conditions, which played a factor.

Rihanna shared this message on social media, “Verified still doesn’t feel real...still can’t find the right words. We miss you man! 🙏🏿💔 May God have mercy on the Bryant family and the families of all the souls we lost!”

Kobe’s teammate, Lamar Odom, wrote an emotional note after the news broke. He wondered why his life had been spared in the past and not Kobe’s life.

He wrote, “I’m still waiting for the media to come out and say wrong report. No way God took my brother this early. I know I been through my own stuff in life with using drugs and not being good to myself. When I went through that Coma situation if God would have came to me and said we would take me and spare Kobe I would have rather that happened. In honor of my brother I’m up at 4am tomorrow to get to the gym! Gigi gone give you buckets!!!! I love you brother 💔🙏🏿😥 @kobebryant
