'Ocean's 8' & 'Pleasantville' Director Gary Ross Splits With Wife

Academy Award nominated director Gary Ross is closing the curtain on his longtime marriage.
According to court records, obtained by The Blast, Ross filed on Wednesday to end the marriage with his wife, Allison Thomas.
Ross is perhaps best known for writing and directing "Pleasantville" in 1998, but he also wrote the screenplay for Tom Hanks' "Big," the political comedy, "Dave," and has been nominated for four Academy Awards.
He also directed "Seabiscuit," "The Hunger Games," and most recently, "Ocean's 8." Thomas, who is a producer, is frequently credited with working on Ross' productions.
It's unclear what caused the split between the two. Ross and Thomas have two children, adult twins Claudia and Jack.
