Nipsey Hussle would have been a proud father this weekend.

The late rapper's 10-year-old daughter Emani graduated from elementary school and even mentioned her father in her speech.

In a video posted to a fan account, Emani can be seen on stage and saying, "I want to begin by sharing my thankfulness for my mom for believing in me, and my dad, for always being there for me."

A photo of the happy graduate showed her with her aunt, Samantha Smith, and her brother, 2½-year-old Kross, whose mother is Lauren London.

As The Blast first reported, Smith, who is Nipsey's sister, has filed to become the legal guardian of Emani and "to ensure that she can continue to live with family members with whom she has always had close ties." The documents suggest that she had been living primarily with her father prior to his death.

However, Emani's mother Tanisha is also fighting for custody of the child, and has been showing up to court to argue her case.

Earlier this week, Smith revealed she got a tattoo of Nipsey's face on her arm.

Showing a detailed image of Nipsey's face on her shoulder, Samantha wrote a passionate eulogy for her late brother.

"To my brother who is the Key to Life," Samantha wrote. She followed up with a long verse dedicated to Nipsey.
