Scott Baio's crisis manager wants a restraining order filed by Nicole Eggert thrown out, and is accusing the former "Baywatch" actress of working with the infamous hacktivist group, Anonymous.

Brian Glicklich filed documents, obtained by The Blast, requesting that the temporary restraining order against him filed by Eggert be dismissed and claims all her allegations are baseless.

Turning the tables on Eggert, Glicklich says the actress the one conducting the harassment, and accuses her of "Actively encouraging the hacker group, 'Anonymous,' to attack" Glicklich and Baio.

He claims personal information regarding family members popped up online and believes the information was collected by Anonymous at the behest of Eggert.

The crisis manager argues that a restraining order is completely unnecessary, and also wants Eggert to be on the hook for any legal fees.

As we reported, Scott Baio passed multiple polygraph tests confirming that he was telling the truth when he disputed all Eggert's allegations of sexual misconduct.
