Check out this video the “Wild 'n Out” star posted showing himself shirtless and getting swole! Cannon works out his abs and arms in an exercise that looks really, really hard.

He shared the workout with his 2 million Instagram followers on Monday wearing nothing but black pants, sneakers, gloves, and of course, his favorite accessory, a turban. How the hell does he have time to get ripped while working 5,000 jobs???

Maybe he's getting ready to upstage co-star Chris Brown for his role in the indie film"She Ball," which chronicles women's street basketball.

Whatever his motivation is, we approve.
