Naya Rivera and her estranged husband Ryan Dorsey have come to an agreement over custody of their 2-year-old son.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the former couple decided to share joint legal and physical custody of Josey Hollis Dorsey.

Dorsey — who is represented by powerhouse law firm Meyer, Olson, Lowy & Meyers — agreed to consult with Naya "on all major decisions related to the child's health, education, and welfare."

Our sources say the agreement is temporary, but only because the estranged couple is working out a schedule for the long term.

As The Blast first reported, Rivera filed for divorce from Dorsey (for the second time) after the two got into an altercation on Saturday after Thanksgiving. Rivera was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after Dorsey claimed she struck him in the head while on a walk with their child.

Rivera first filed for divorce last November, but dismissed her filing back in October.
