Nastia Liukin knows that Instagram doesn't always represent the real situation.

The Olympic champion shared a stunning picture on Monday but let her fans in on her secret... she doesn't vacation as much as it appears on the gram. Nastia flaunted her gymnast body while wearing a chic, yellow bikini that highlighted her long legs and toned midsection but that was only half of her post. For those who swiped to see her second picture were treated with how she is really spending her Monday.

"instagram vs reality. currently sitting on my closet floor with @done.neatly organizing my entire house (pics to come!!!) while wishing we were at a tropical beach getaway somewhere ☀️," she captioned her revealing post.

Yes, she is not currently sitting with her tush in the sand wearing a giant sombrero but her fans appreciated the sweet outfit regardless.

We are pretty sure that Nastia enjoys cleaning and organizing her closet but it can't compare to digging your toes into the sand. Her massive closet and shoe collection didn't go unnoticed by her millions of fans.

She may not be on vacation now but she just visited her former Olympic teammate, Shawn Johnson. Their competitive spirit is clearly still alive because they competed in their own version of the Olympic games. Their game/race is something that pretty much only world-class gymnasts can participate in because it's super hard to stand on your hands for that long.

"Well..... we did it ?? @nastialiukin," Shawn captioned her valiant attempt.

Nastia must have been motivated by her loss during the putting on a shirt upside-down portion of the at-home Olympics because she wasn't messing around when it came time to strip down.

Shawn didn't mind losing that much and she had to shake it off... literally. When Nastia had well secured the victory, Johnson didn't give up and hand to shake her pants off to finish the task.
