"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star Tracy Tutor-Maltas knows a thing or two about real estate, so it's no surprise she walked away with an $18 million L.A. mansion as part of her divorce settlement.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Tracy and her ex-husband Jason will share joint legal and physical custody of their two daughters, Juliet and Scarlett. Both parents agreed not to be impaired by drugs or alcohol during their custody time.

Neither will be paid child or spousal support, per the terms of their prenuptial agreement, which they signed prior to their marriage in 2004.

As part of the settlement, Tracy agreed that neither party will allow their kids to appear on any episodes of "Million Dollar Listing."

The settlement states that Tracy will pay for all of their daughter’s horse riding/equestrian-related expenses and for nanny expenses.

Tracy will be awarded the $18 million Los Angeles mansion, her Cadillac Escalade and Range Rover.

As for Jason, he will keep his James Dean and Steve McQueen photographs and his wine collection but will allow Tracy to keep 15 bottles. He also gets to keep his gun case and gun safe, snowboards, and ski gear.

Jason was also awarded a Porsche Cayenne and multiple bank accounts.

Upon the finalization of the divorce, Tracy’s name will be legally changed back to Tracy Tutor.

As The Blast first reported, Tracy filed for divorce from Jason citing irreconcilable differences.
