According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Quavo, Offset and Takeoff claim the limo driver did not properly accuse the hip-hop group of knocking him to the ground during a fight back in 2017 in Sin City.
The “Bad and Boujee” rappers claim the lawsuit by Micihael Gradney makes no mention of who actually knocked him to the ground, or who allegedly fired off a gun during the melee.

The Atlanta-area hip-hop stars also point out that Gradney made no accusations that they engaged in any bad activities, and want the entire lawsuit against them dismissed.
As we reported, the incident in question stems from a fight that went down February 21, 2017 when Gradney was working as a limo driver for the Migos and had been hired to drive them to the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
He claims that while standing outside the limo, a fight broke out between Kingston, Migos and 2 unknown men. Gradney claims he was knocked to the ground in the melee and “severely injured.” He also believes a gun was fired, which caused other witnesses to scramble for cover.
After the chaos, Gradney claims Migos still ordered him to get back in the limo and drive them away, and he claims he “feared for his life.”
Gradney is suing for assault and battery and seeking unspecified damages for the alleged permanent physical and psychological injuries he suffered.
A judge has not yet ruled on the Migos request for dismissal.
