Michael Madsen Sued for Allegedly Stiffing Former Agency Out of 'Celebrity Big Brother' Commission

By TheBlast Staff

Michael Madsen made a whopping $800,000 to appear on the U.K. version of "Celebrity Big Brother," but the talent agency who made the deal claims they never got their cut so now they're suing.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kismet Talent Agency claims they struck a deal with Madsen in 2011 to be his exclusive talent agency for three years.

They claim the deal called for them to get 10% of whatever deals they made for Madsen; pretty standard stuff.

But Kismet says they never got paid and they aren't even sure how much they are owed. The one deal they do point to is Madsen appearance on "Celebrity Big Brother" in 2012, for which he was paid $800,000.

Kismet is suing for the $80,000 they feel they are owed from that deal, plus whatever else they feel they are owed once they audit Madsen's books.

We reached out to a rep for Madsen — so far, no word back.
