Megyn Kelly Wishes for 'More Women in Power' During Birthday Trip to Comedy Club

Megyn Kelly kicked back with a few friends for a night of laughs on her big day, but still had a strong message to deliver.
The talk show free agent celebrated her 48th birthday Sunday with friends and a trip to the Comedy Cellar in NYC. Kelly was seen arriving with her husband, Douglas Brunt. Clearly, Kelly was not worried about the old superstition behind revealing a birthday wish, and when asked she exclaimed, "More women in power."
She also gave her hubby a birthday smooch in front of all the cameras.
Sources at the comedy show tell The Blast Kelly was in "great spirits" while hanging out with her small group of friends. At the end of the night, we're told she spoke with stand-up comics Ryan Reiss and Michelle Wolf about their sets.
Wolf famously raked Kelly over the coals during a bit on "The Daily Show," but we're told there appeared to be nothing but love between the two women.
