The family of a man killed outside Meek Mill’s concert has dismissed their wrongful death lawsuit against the rapper.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the estate for Jaquan Graves has dismissed all claims against the rapper and other defendants.
Meek had denied all allegations of wrongdoing or that he could have foreseen the shooting outside his 2016 show. He even argued police found gunshot reside on Jaquan’s body which would indicate he discharged a firearm.
The rapper has shut down a total of two lawsuits over the shooting, with only one still pending.
