Watch Matthew McConaughey Play Zoom Bingo With Retired Seniors: Alright, Alright, Alright... B4!

By Jeff Mazzeo

Matthew McConaughey loves retirement homes for one reason. He gets older, they stay the same age.

The legendary actor had his million-dollar personality on display when he was the MC for a game of Zoom Bingo with a group of seniors stuck in their retirement home on Monday. The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living in Texas has been asking Matthew to host one of their bingo nights since September and he decided that there was no better time than the present. McConaughey, his wife Camila Alves, his mother and his kids got together to call out those winning numbers, proving that his family and he are probably the coolest family in Texas.

"And...we played bingo and had fun with these amazing and beyond sweet folks who are in their rooms self isolating at the #SpectrumRetirementCommunities," Camila wrote on Instagram. "The queen there is 98 years old!!! Every little bit counts! 💛💚💛"

The reason he is an actor is because he is so freaking dramatic! When he called the winning numbers for a pair of seniors, he played it big... really big.

"I-24, I-24," he called out before shouting, "Ohhhhhhhhhhh! Richard Black is waving the hammer up high!"

He was a stickler for the rules and he made the two bingo claimers hold up their cards so he could verify they marked the right row. "We got two winners!" he exclaimed after checking the score cards.

“Ever play virtual bingo with Matthew McConaughey? You’d be a whole lot cooler if you did! The residents at The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living got to play virtual bingo with Matthew McConaughey and his family!"

“Thank you to Matthew, his wife Camila, and his mom Kay for hosting our residents for a few rounds of virtual bingo! Our residents had a great time playing, and they loved talking with Matthew about his family heritage and his favorite drink.”

Since everyone is stuck at home, Matthew decided he is going to provide a little behind the scenes detail for some of the classic movies he starred in.

"I'm gonna be going over a lot of my movies, giving you some tidbits that maybe you haven't heard before," the actor explained on Instagram.

His insight seems to be a deep lesson into what makes the characters he played and the movies he starred in so special. His first deep dive was into the movie, "How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days." Our fav!
