Happily Ever Altered premieres on Lifetime tonight at 10 P.M. ET/PT. The one-hour premiere follows a bride and groom-to-be who are set to undergo major physical transformations right before their wedding.
The show is being co-produced by Gina Rodriguez who is a celebrity manager and executive producer of “Mama June: From Not To Hot” on We Tv. Gina’s famous clients have started promoting “Happily Ever Altered” ahead of its premiere. The show is produced by ThinkFactory Media, executive producers Adam Reed, Adam Freeman, Tim Cohen-Laurie along with Gina Rodriguez and Anthony Kotzev for Gitoni Productions, with Shura Davison and Gena McCarthy from Lifetime.
Mama June posted a lengthy video telling her fans to tune in tonight to the new makeover show. Honey Boo Boo even posted a quick little promo video for her fans telling them to check out her manager’s new show.
The show release reads, “The catch is that they are completely separated from one another, from the start of their transformational surgeries, all the way through their physical and emotional healing, and up to their wedding day where they’ll reveal their new look to each other right before the ceremony!”
In the first episode, the show follows Alexa and Matt who are set to get married. Alexa decided she doesn’t want to walk down the aisle weighing over 300 pounds.
The cameras follow as Matt receives full liposuction across his stomach and sides, replaces a missing tooth, and has his teeth whitened. Alexa receives procedures that get rid of the loose skin under her arms, liposuction, a breast lift and implants, tummy tuck, and new veneers.
