Madonna’s ex-husband Guy Ritchie has rushed to court accusing the pop star of not following their divorce agreement.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, Guy has filed a motion to enforce/execute judgment or order in their long-closed divorced.

Daily Mail first reported the news the about the Christmas custody dispute. The motion was filed on December 23 in New York Court.

Based on the records, Guy is asking a judge to help him get Madonna to follow a provision in their divorce/custody agreement. The two were married in 2000 and their divorce was finalized in 2008.

The two share a 19-year-old son Rocco, who they have previously battled over in court. They resolved a nasty court battle in 2016, which included a feud over Christmas custody. Madonna adopted 14-year-old David during her marriage to Guy.

Rocco currently lives in the UK with his father, which was the result of the last court battle. David has reportedly been spending time with Guy for quite a bit.

A hearing has been scheduled for January 1, where the two will face-off in court to plead their cases to the judge. No decision has been made on Guy’s motion to enforce their divorce settlement.

Madonna has six children total which includes 23-year-old Lourdes, 13-year-old Mercy and 7-year-old twins Stelle and Estere.

The singer has not spoken publicly about her ex-husband Guy rushing to divorce court.

Madonna & Guy fought nasty during their divorce which dragged on. Guy reportedly walked away with a $92 million divorce settlement. He also kept a pub they owned in London and an estate in the UK.

Madonna has spoke about her marriage, “you start off, everything's great and lovely, and the person you've married is flawless, and you're flawless. Then time goes by, and you share a life, you have children, and there are cracks in the veneer.”
