Mac Miller's death apparently raised the value of the house he was renting because it's once again available for new tenants, if they're willing to fork over more than even the late-star was paying.

According to the public listing, Miller's former 3-bed, 3-bath home in Studio City was placed back on the renter's market on October 23. It's currently listed at a price of $9,595, which is a slight increase from what the hip-hop star was paying at $8,500 per month.

The home features tons of privacy and panoramic views of the valley, and Miller's family has apparently already cleaned out the place after the 26-year-old's death because the listing says the place is available for move-in on November 1st.

The listing does not mention the high-profile death that occurred just months ago, but whoever ends up moving in will surely be informed by the realtor before getting the keys.
