The highly-anticipated reboot of "Beverly Hills, 90210" aired and touched on topics like cast drama and old flames, but also got real about the death of their former castmate, Luke Perry.

Tori Spelling, Jennie Garth, Shannen Doherty, Jason Priestley, Brian Austin Green, Gabrielle Carteris and Ian Ziering all battled their own issues in the premiere, but one thing they all could agree on is how much they missed Perry.

The first time they refer to Perry's death happened early on in the episode.

When the group reunites for a fan convention for their "90210" 30th anniversary, Carteris turns the camera to take a group selfie and says, "I like that the anniversary brought us together. I can't believe that we are all here."

That's when Priestley responds, "I wish that were true," and the group takes a long pause to remember Perry.

After their disaster of a convention, the gang boards Green's private jet (which is actually his superstar wife's plane) and Tori Spelling makes a drunk, but touching, toast.

"I forgot how much I love all of us together! That was fun, wasn't it?" she says excitedly while holding a bottle of champagne. "And I got our dress back!"

Garth tells her it's "not our dress." FYI -- before this, they helped Spelling steal the dress from a display case and all went to jail for the deed.

"Yeah it is. This dress belongs to all of us because this symbolizes everything that we created together. You and you and you and you and you," Spelling responds. "And me, and Shannen, and Luke."

She continues, "We're not all going to be here forever, but we made something that will be."

That's when the group holds up their champagne filled glasses and Spelling says, "To Luke."

The very last scene shows Spelling and Garth sitting on a couch watching reruns of the OG "90210."

That's when Spelling gets the idea for the reboot, in which Garth responds, "Have you lost your mind?"

As the camera pans to the TV, Perry's character, Dylan McKay, is driving around in his iconic black Porsche with Priestley's character, Brandon Welsh.

Once they get to the beach McKay leans over and tells Welsh, "Welcome to paradise, man. Welcome to your dream come true."

The ending credits read "For our friend, Luke Perry" and listed his birth and death year.

Perry died in March after being hospitalized following a stroke. His hospitalization came the day after the "Beverly Hills, 90210" reboot was announced.

The new "90210" airs on Fox every Wednesday at 9 PM PT.
