“Love & Hip Hop” star Keyshia Cole is being accused of causing severe damage to a $2.5 million luxury rental home.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a man named Glenn Feldman is suing the singer.

Feldman rented Cole his 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 3,237 sq. ft. home in Marina Del Rey, California. The property is located in an exclusive gated community near the beach.

The suit says Cole signed a lease on March 1, 2017 and lived there until May 2019.

Feldman claims, Defendants breached the lease, as extended, by causing extensive damage to the Property which rendered it unrentable and which caused substantial damages in form of repair costs by Plaintiff in the total sum of not less than $69,925.49, for the damages and repair work, as more fully set forth and itemized on the statement.”

Cole is still battling her ex Daniel Gibson in their never-ending divorce. As The Blast first reported, the singer filed for divorce back in September 2017. She cited irreconcilable differences for the split and listed the date of separation as October 31, 2014 (rumors first surfaced of them splitting in 2014 but neither side ever actually filed until 2017).
