“Love & Hip Hop” star Joseline Hernandez is demanding the child she shares with Stevie J. be returned to her, and the arrest warrant against her dropped.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Joseline is asking a judge to order Stevie to return their daughter Bonnie Bella Jordan.

Earlier this month, Stevie accused Joseline of refusing to let him see their daughter on a scheduled date. He rushed to court demanding a judge arrest Joseline for violating their deal.

The judge sided with Stevie and issued an arrest warrant and also took away custody of their daughter from Joseline.

Stevie was able to get possession of his kid, but the warrant is technically still active. He has been posting photos with their kid on social media.

In newly filed court documents, Joseline says the court and Stevie knew she was in California working and couldn’t physically be in court. She claims despite knowing this the judge heard Stevie and issued the arrest warrant.

She denies Stevie’s allegations that she continues to refuse to let him have visitation time.

Joseline is demanding the arrest warrant be set aside and primary physical custody be restored to her immediately.

Stevie claimed that she had consistently “prohibited regular visitation and parenting time” between his daughter and him.

He claimed Joseline got a second home in Miami since 2018. They had lived in Georgia together prior to her moving. Stevie said he had to travel five times to Florida to see his kid and was denied access each time. He accused her of willfully and intentionally preventing him from seeing her.

Joseline denied the current allegations and claimed to never have shut down visitation. She asked the judge to not throw her in jail.

The case is ongoing.

Back in 2018, Stevie J. and Joseline were able to reach a settlement over custody and support.

Stevie was to pay Joseline a total of $1,000 a month in child support. That amount was based on his stated $30,000 a month income.

Joseline also listed her monthly income as $30,000 at the time. She was awarded primary physical custody while they shared joint legal custody.
