Lori Loughlin doesn’t have to worry about her daughters trying to get into another sorority at their next school, because Kappa Kappa Gamma says they never booted anyone over the college admissions scandal.
The ladies at KKG issued a statement to PEOPLE after reports surfaced that Olivia Jade, and her sister Isabella Giannulli were kicked out of the sorority after bringing shame to the organization.
The sorority says, “The story regarding these two individuals is false,” adding that, “Bella Giannulli remains an active member of the Delta Tau chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma.”
It also turns out that Olivia Jade was never even a member of the sorority, as she “did not complete the membership process.” Shocker.
Since the former “Full House” star and her husband were arrested in March in connection with the college admissions scandal, the consequences have really put a cramp in the lifestyle of their two daughters.
19-year-old Olivia Jade hasn’t posted a YouTube video in months, and the influencer has lost many endorsement deals in the wake of the arrests.
20-year-old Isabella has not been able to return to USC, even though neither she, nor Olivia, have been charged with any crimes.
Prosecutors have hinted that both daughters could be called to testify against their parents in the upcoming trial, especially since Loughlin and Mossimo Gianulli have both pled guilty.
It’s unclear what the girls knew in regards to the false admissions to USC, but one thing they do know is that they love their mother.
The 55-year-old actress just celebrated a birthday, and both girls sent public well wishes on her special day.
